When YOU find a home you like, I will discuss with you the best strategy regarding your offer. I will help you prepare your offer with the terms, provisions and addendums in your favor and with your best interest in mind. I will then present your offer, on your behalf, and negotiate, in your favor, to help you secure the property at the best possible price and terms.
I will recommend to YOU extremely competent affiliates in regards to legal expertise, home inspections, lead paint removing, mortgage lenders, appraisals, title insurance...whatever you might need with respect to your home purchase.
